The Challenge.
SAP Construction Management needed a digital presence that matched the scale and precision of their physical projects. Their previous website was outdated and failed to capture the high-end nature of their commercial and residential developments. They needed a platform that was not only visually striking but also featured actual high-quality media of their finished projects to build client trust.
The Solution.
I directed a complete digital overhaul. First, I went on-site to produce editorial-quality property photography and a cinematic walkthrough video, capturing the premium finish of their builds. I then engineered a bespoke, high-performance web application using Next.js to house this media. The site features a dark, modern aesthetic that exudes authority, seamless page transitions, and an optimized contact funnel.

The new suggested design utilizes a highly modern, dark-mode aesthetic built with Next.js and React. It features an authoritative color palette of deep coal, iron, and striking gold accents. The layout employs a responsive grid system with a transparent, sticky navigation bar. Key interactive features include smooth scroll-driven animations, parallax image masks, and cinematic typography using Barlow Condensed and Cormorant Garamond, all optimized for lightning-fast performance.
